These 2-ingredient pizza chips are the ultimate quick snack! Made with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, they’re low-carb, keto-friendly, and irresistibly tasty

- 2/3 cup (80g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
- 48 slices (21g) mini pepperoni
- Optional: Italian seasoning or marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup.
- Place 3 slices of mini pepperoni on top of the cheese in each cup. Optionally, sprinkle with Italian seasoning for added flavor.
- Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the chips to cool slightly in the pan before removing them. For extra crispiness, place the chips on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Serve warm on their own or with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For crispier chips, use parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella and bake at 400°F for 7–8 minutes.
- If you don’t have a muffin pan, use a parchment-lined baking sheet, but expect the chips to spread slightly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container lined with paper towels for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
