Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in the uncooked rice, shredded chicken, and frozen vegetables (if using). Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the mixture is bubbling.
