Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or brioche slider buns)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Steak

  1. Place the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes, then slice it paper-thin against the grain.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak, season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Sauté the Veggies

  1. In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, then add onions and bell peppers.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized.

Step 3: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
  2. Layer with steak, sautéed veggies, and cheese.
  3. Place the top half of the buns back on.

Step 4: Bake the Sliders

  1. Brush the buns with garlic butter.
  2. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove foil and bake for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  1. Slice into individual sliders and serve with cheese sauce or garlic aioli!

Notes

  • Steak Tip: Freeze for easier slicing & use ribeye for max tenderness.
  • Bread Tip: Lightly toast the bottom buns before assembling to prevent sogginess.
  • Cheese Variations: Try pepper jack for heat or Cheez Whiz for classic Philly flavor!
