Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Spread the pitted cherries evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and frothy. Add milk, vanilla extract, salt, and flour. Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
