Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens.
- Add chicken, apple cubes, cranberries, walnuts, diced shallot, and blue cheese.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving.
