Instructions

3️⃣ Whisk in eggs, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5️⃣ Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
6️⃣ If using, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds.
7️⃣ Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
8️⃣ Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9️⃣ Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
