Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp
    • Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sauté the Shrimp
    • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
    • Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
    • In the same pan, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, reducing slightly.
    • Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Combine & Serve
    • Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
