- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Pat the rockfish fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets carefully and add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
- Spoon the melted butter over the fish as it cooks for another 2–3 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and garnish with parsley before serving.
