- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped (if using frozen, thaw and drain excess moisture)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Prepare cake batter according to package instructions. Pour into the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter. Use a butter knife to swirl gently, creating a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips and coconut flakes evenly over the top. Add extra strawberries if desired.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the cake cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
