  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons Sun Drop soda
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat: Set oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  • Cream Fats and Sugar: In a bowl, mix margarine and shortening until creamy. Slowly add sugar until fluffy.
  • Add Eggs: Mix in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Alternate Flour and Soda: Add flour and Sun Drop soda alternately, starting and ending with flour. Mix gently.

  • Cool: Cool cake in pan 10–15 minutes, then turn onto wire rack to cool completely.
